We had an okay time overall, and luckily everything went fine, but the safety part felt a bit rushed to me. They did give us life jackets and covered the basics before we headed out, so it wasn’t like they skipped it completely or anything.

I just think the instructions could’ve been a little clearer, especially for people who haven’t done this kind of thing before. A few things felt like we were just supposed to already know them, which isn’t always the case, not everyone shows up as an expert, you know?

The staff seemed nice enough and nothing bad happened, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience. I just would’ve felt more comfortable if they slowed down the safety talk and made sure everyone was really on the same page before getting started...

We booked a boat day and the staff made everything super easy to understand. They clearly knew the lake well and gave us some great suggestions on where to go. Really helpful crew

My first reaction was like, okay, the staff is really nice. They were easy to talk to and answered our questions without making us feel awkward or silly, which I appreciated a lot. The actual trip was fine, but it didn’t really wow me or anything. Nothing went wrong, it just felt average overall. I’d give it 3 stars mostly because the people working there were genuinely friendly

Booking was super easy, and the lake itself was really nice. A friend had recommended the spot to us, so we were excited to check it out. The only downside was that some of the equipment we were hoping to use wasn’t available when we got there. The staff was friendly and did try to help, but there just weren’t many options that day.

The prices felt kinda fair to me, I guess. Like, not super cheap or anything, still a bit pricey, but not so bad that I felt totally ripped off

The boat itself was fine, I guess, but the whole check-in process felt unorganized. We had a really nice day out as a family. The kids had loads of fun, and the staff were so patient with us, even when things got a bit chaotic. how much the kids enjoyed it was ridiculous. Would definitely go again.

I booked with Lake Geneva Adventures and really appreciated that the deposit info was laid out before I paid. There was no guessing, and I didn’t get hit with some weird surprise charge at the end.
The fees were shown in a simple way, so I knew exactly what I was agreeing to. Made the whole booking feel way less stressful. I’d definetly use them again.

The whole kayak rental was kind of annoying!!! Our kayak showed up late, and the staff seemed really confused about what was going on!!! The lake itself was beautiful, which helped a little, but the hassle just wasn’t worth it for me!!!

Overall, I’d definitely do it again. We rented a jet ski for an hour and had a really fun time out on the water. The staff was laid-back and explained everything in a way that was easy to follow, which made the whole thing feel stress-free. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because we had to wait a bit past our scheduled time, but once we got going, it was totally worth it.

I didnt have a great experience. The staff didnt really help much when I had questions, and some of the replies came across as rude. The booking process was frustrating too, and I felt like it couldve been handled a lot better.

I usually really like coming here, so I feel a little torn saying this, but the parking wasn’t great. The lot felt tight and a bit stressful to maneuver through. I’ll probably still come back because I’ve had good experiences overall, but I do wish the parking situation was easier.

We had to cancel our Lake Geneva booking at the last minute, and it was easier than I thought it would be. The team was flexible and explained everything clearly, which helped a lot. It did take a little while to hear back, a little longer than I hoped, but overall it was a good experience and not nearly as stressful as I expected.
